My name is Elwood Small, current inmate at Graterford Correctional Facility. My story is like so many others who grew up in a very turbulent time in Philly, I’d like to be of service to others who may be heading in that direction, it’s not as glamorous as one may think. I may not be allowed to walk as a free man again in this lifetime, I’ve been serving a life sentence since, well let me just say I’ve been here 30+yrs.
